Resumen
La clave para generar o promover un cambio sustancial es la educación de las personas, ya este permite mejorar muchos aspectos de la vida. En la actualidad las diferentes entidades gubernamentales y no gubernamentales desarrollan proyectos utilizando una pedagogía de transferencia de conocimientos convencional, donde el participante no tiene intervención directa. El siguiente trabajo se basa en una investigación de tipo descriptiva-explorativa que tuvo como objetivo diseñar un Proyecto de Fortalecimiento de Capacidades Administrativas en Agricultura Familiar usando la metodología de Escuelas de Campo de Agricultores en la provincia de Bolívar, Ecuador. El proyecto se enfocó en tres factores indispensables, primero establecer una línea base sobre capacitaciones en temas agrícolas, segundo establecer un protocolo de capacitaciones y tercero investigar sobre las implicaciones administrativas del proyecto. Como resultado se obtuvo de la línea base un protocolo personalizado en cinco temas: Escuelas de Campo de Agricultores, Nutrición Sustentable, Producción Agrícola Sostenible Familiar, Agro-negocios y Capacitación Virtual, estos temas están fundamentados en la línea base donde se contó con la participación de técnicos que trabajan actualmente en el Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca (MAGAP) sede Bolívar.
The key to generate or promote a substantial change is the education of people, and this helps improve many aspects of life. At present the various governmental and non-governmental entities are developing projects using a conventional pedagogy knowledge transfer where the participant has no direct intervention. The following work is based on a type of descriptive-explorative research to design a draft Administrative Capacity Strengthening Family Agriculture using the methodology of Farmer Field Schools in the province of Bolivar, Ecuador. The project focused on three essential factors: a baseline on agricultural training, establishing themes, and a protocol training and research on the administrative implications of the project. As a result from the baseline a custom protocol on five themes was obtained: Schools Farmer Field, Sustainable Nutrition, Sustainable Agricultural Production Family, Agribusiness and Virtual Training these issues are based on the baseline where he attended technicians currently working in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries (MAGAP) based in Bolivar.
