The objective of the present study was to evaluate the effect of an implant with 200 mg trenbolone acetate + 28 mg estradiol benzoate in crossbred castrated males, with an approximate average of 315 kilograms of live weight, supplemented or not with urea + molasses, with rotational grazing in the humid tropic on weight gain, for this reason 4 treatments were established, T0 = Control animals, T1 = Implanted animals, T2 = Animals supplemented with urea + molasses and T3 = Animals implanted and supplemented with urea + molasses, each treatment had 8 animals a difference from the control treatment that only had 7 animals. The evaluation lasted for 84 days which represents the period of release of hormones with weight sampling on day 0 and then every 28 days, the study was developed in the academic unit of animal production of Earth University. The statistical analysis showed significant differences (P <0.05) between the treatments with average daily gains of 290 g for T0, 440 g for T1,520 g for T2 and 620 g for T3 which presented the highest average daily gain.
