The objective of this research project was to determine the most efficient use of organic waste from the processing of Soursop (Annona muricata) of the company Frutas Richard located in Pococí, Limón, Costa Rica, through the chemical analysis of organic matter in solids and liquids. Which were evaluated through three treatments: T1: Bokashi, T2: Bioferment and T3: Foliar fruit fertilizer that in turn were subjected to statistical analysis (Analysis of variance, multiple analysis of means and summary of means) to determine which of The three treatments referring to decomposition methods were the most efficient according to the amount of macro and microelements present in its composition, this in order to be used as an organic fertilizer within the company's soursop plantation. According to the results, it was obtained that the Bokashi treatment turns out to be more efficient as a method of decomposition of the organic waste from the soursop processing and in turn as an organic fertilizer.
