El presente proyecto es un estudio e investigación de prefactibilidad para el establecimiento de una empresa de servicios agrícolas en el cantón Cañar, Ecuador. El proyecto tiene la finalidad de brindar soluciones especializadas de análisis en laboratorio y servicios de asesorías técnicas al sector agropecuario del cantón. En el desarrollo del proyecto se identifican los problemas presentes en las fincas con dedicación al sector agropecuario, al existir la oportunidad de brindar soluciones a los sectores, apoyando el desarrollo de las comunidades rurales del cantón. En el análisis de mercado se identifica que hay problemas en relación al incremento de costos de producción y baja rentabilidad en el momento de la cosecha y de ofertar los productos, por desconocimiento en el manejo correcto de los cultivos. En el análisis técnico del proyecto se presentan tres propuestas para crear la empresa, los cuales son evaluados en el análisis económico financiero del proyecto. Como parte del proyecto se aportan soluciones de análisis en matriz de suelos, matriz de foliares, matriz de materia orgánica y matriz de agua, además de asesoría técnica acompañando en los diferentes estados vegetativos de la planta, para asegurar una buena productividad. En el análisis económico financiero del proyecto se evalúa los tres modelos de alternativas mediante un flujo de caja, calculando el Valor Actual Neto (VAN) proyectados a cinco años, identificando la rentabilidad de las alternativas y recomendar la más rentable. Los resultados del análisis económico financiero indican que el primer modelo de alternativa el cual consiste en iniciar un laboratorio desde la construcción no es rentable ya que genera un VAN negativo en el lapso de los cinco años, en cuanto al segundo modelo de alternativa el cual consiste en alquilar un laboratorio, indica que el VAN es positivo y da a entender que dentro de los 5 años es un proyecto rentable. En lo referente al tercer modelo de alternativa que consiste en hacer un convenio con un laboratorio, se encontró que presenta la rentabilidad más alta, ya que el VAN es de CRC 154.639.699, por lo cual es la opción que se recomienda implementar.

This project is a pre-feasibility study and investigation for the establishment of an agricultural services company in the Cañar canton, Ecuador. The project aims to provide specialized solutions for laboratory analysis and technical advisory services to the agricultural sector of the canton. In the development of the project, the problems present in the farms with dedication to the agricultural sector are identified, as there is an opportunity to provide solutions to the sectors, supporting the development of the rural communities of the canton. In the market analysis, it is identified that there are problems in relation to the increase in production costs and low profitability at the time of harvesting and offering the products, due to ignorance in the correct handling of crops. In the technical analysis of the project, three proposals are presented to create the company, which are evaluated in the economic and financial analysis of the project. As part of the project, analysis solutions are provided in the soil matrix, foliar matrix, organic matter matrix and water matrix, as well as technical advice accompanying the different vegetative stages of the plant, to ensure good productivity. In the economic and financial analysis of the project, the three alternative models are evaluated through a cash flow, calculating the Net Present Value (NPV) projected for five years, identifying the profitability of the alternatives and recommending the most profitable one. The results of the economic-financial analysis indicate that the first alternative model, which consists of starting a laboratory from construction, is not profitable since it generates a negative NPV in the period of five years, as for the second alternative model, which consists of In renting a laboratory, it indicates that the NPV is positive and implies that within 5 years it is a profitable project. Regarding the third alternative model, which consists of making an agreement with a laboratory, it was found that it presents the highest profitability, since the NPV is CRC 154.639.699, which is why it is the option that is recommended to be implemented.
